had an epiphany

3 mile run today

breakfast- french toast!

snack- special k bar

lunch- old grist mill

Dinner- rotisserie chicken. 2 girl scout cookies


so me and my boss kelly were talking today, and we thought whats the point of eating healthy? eating healthy means eating less in some cases which means NO ENERGY. i was running this morning and i wanted to die. im done with this health eating binge. plus its expensive.

Breakfast- Bagel with Shmear at the gym. poptarts at home

snack- mandrin oranges

lunch- delicious chicken spinach wrap from bagels and bun

dinner? popcorn.

i decided im going to chew gum more.. even though it gives me a headache it keeps me away from wanting to eat FOOOOOOOOD.

workin hard or hardly workin

Lunch- pb&j on wheat like always, strawberries.

Dinner- enchiladas, guacamole


so i have like 2 weeks to train for a half marathon. my boss knows someone dropping out and i swooped in to grab it before i realized i have been only training for the 5k and only doing like 2 miles a day... when i should be doing like 5 miles a day.. wish me luck on getting my time under 2:07. i would like to see progress from last year. fi have soda from here until May 21st i give you permission to slap me.

i didnt realize i could have 2 blogs under the same name and having 2 different URL's was buggin me.. so this is the new and improved!! i feel as if alot of us are getting a little lazy with blogging. i myself havent written a post everyday, but lets keep positive people!!
